PUBLISHED AND QUOTED PRICES
All charges and transactions are quoted in GBP excluding VAT. Purchasers based in the United Kingdom will be charged VAT at the prevailing rate at the time of purchase. Purchasers from other territories will be subject to all sales taxes applicable to their jurisdiction. For all foreign visitors to our website, actual charges from your credit card provider may vary slightly due to fluctuations in the international currency exchange rates. We reserve the right to amend or modify our prices or discounts without prior notice. Screen Kinetics will not be responsible for any typographic errors or omissions, under any circumstances.
Upon full payment, 'instant download' items will be made available to you via a download link which you will receive by email. If you have purchased any sort of template customisation or design service, we will contact you within 1 working day of order placement via email to discuss your design requirements.
CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS
No returns are permitted on 'instant download' items. Upon access of the download link which is provided in your order email, the video file shall be deemed to have been opened and therefore accepted as non-returnable goods. Due to the nature of digital product sales, customers shall not be entitled to cancel any order which has been accepted by Screen Kinetics.
Screen Kinetics uses its best efforts to ensure all products are error free. If you receive a corrupted file, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of the date of purchase to request a replacement copy of the purchased file.
The personal information you share when you place an order with Screen Kinetics is kept confidential. We will not intentionally share your details with other parties without your permission. Ocassionally we may email you information about updates, special sales or products related to Screen Kinetics. You may opt out of receiving these emails at any point of time.
Any and all disputes arising from, or in connection with these terms are exclusively subject to the law of the United Kingdom. The rights and obligations of the parties arising from this contract are based on English law, even in the event that the exertion or breach of contractual rights takes place in a foreign country.
